Mr. Patrick has been in the insurance business for 23 years. He also served as marketing manager for Network insurance as well as owning a marketing firm.

Anita Sucha
Assistant Manager

Anita joined the Midwestern Marketing team in May of 2009 as a marketer then made the move to administration in January of 2010. She previously worked in Social Services and enjoys helping everyone. Anita strives to ensure that all employees at Midwestern Marketing and their agents have everything they need to be successful.
Anita is the proud mother of 4 lovely children, and has been happily married for 8 years. She has a lifelong love for agriculture and the outdoors. When she is not at Midwestern Marketing, she is enjoying her family and running a small dairy farm with her husband Travis.

Rose Patrick
Executive VP of Licensing

Rose Patrick has been with Midwestern Marketing since July 2009 as a Licensing Analyst. Rose has twenty years of experience in providing a wide range of administrative services to various companies including: Network Insurance (Florida, U.S.A), and United States Embassy in Manila, Philippines. She served the United States Commercial Liaison Office for the Asian Development Bank, and US-Asia Environmental Partnership Program managed by U.S. Department of Commerce. She also served as the Regional Administrative and Budget Assistant for the U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services covering the countries of Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Singapore, Myanmar and Brunei. Rose has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, and a major in Religious Education. She moved to the United States in 2005 and has been working in the insurance industry since then.

Kathy Wagner
Executive VP of Accounting

Kathy joined Midwestern Marketing in February 2009. She handles various duties in the office from customer service to managing reports. Although the insurance business is something new for Kathy, she is no stranger to customer relationships as she has worked in the banking business for over ten years.
Kathy enjoys her family which includes husband Gary, three daughters, two sons, a son-in-law, and a grandson. You can find her watching her youngest so at sport functions and showing livestock. The family does get away to watch the HUSKERS in whatever sport is in season once in a while. Kathy looks forward to working with you and having a great relationship with you.

Shelley Higgs
Senior Marketing Director

Shelley is married and a mother of two adult sons. She and her husband relocated to Nebraska from California in 2003. She has been in the sales and marketing arena most of her adult life. In 2008 she graduated from Northeast Community college with a diploma in administration. Her course work has included customer service and business administration. She is also a member of IAAP: International Association of Administrative Professionals. She joined the Midwestern Marketing family in October 2008 and prides herself on her ability to provide outstanding products and excellent customer service to agents nationwide.

Savannah Avdoyan
Senior Marketing Director

Savannah move to Nebraska from New York with her family over 12 years ago and really enjoys the good life! Now she has a family of her own with one daughter, Angelina, and son, Weston. She loves spending time with her kids, going swimming, taking walks, and going to see movies.
Savannah has been with Midwestern Marketing since May of 2009.  She feels that success comes effortlessly to a person who’s passionate about the work they do, and that’s how she feels being a part of an amazing team at Midwestern Marketing. Her goal is to provide excellent agent support and customer loyalty.

Victoria Patrick
Marketing Director

Victoria moved to Nebraska in August 2009 to work for Midwestern Marketing after several years as a retail store manager in Florida. She has two children and two dogs. She is an animal person. She enjoys the outdoors when it’s not too cold. Victoria looks forward to working with and for her agents.

Angela Brozek
Marketing Director

Angela was born and raised in Nebraska, but previously worked in Montana as an administrative assistant and property manager for a construction company. Family brought her back to Nebraska where she worked in the healthcare field. She joined Midwestern Marketing in February 2010. She loves working with such a dedicated team of people. When she is not at work, she spends her time chasing around her twin boys, Aiden and Kaleb. She also loves spending time outdoors whether it’s snowboarding or boating.

Marsha Neumann
Marketing Director

Marsha has been with Midwestern Marketing since February 2010. She ran her own business for 20 years and decided to make a change in her life. She has been married for 20 years and has 4 wonderful children; Samantha, Collin, Ryan, and Michelle. Her hobbies include being outdoors, and she loves to be very involved with her children and their activities. She and her family are all die hard baseball and softball fans, and love to spend time going to football and basketball games. “Go Huskers and Bulldogs.”
